Everything you need to know about staying, celebrating and dining at Welcome Palace — from check-in to cancellations.

Standard check-in is 12 noon and check-out is 11 AM the next day. We also offer flexible 3, 6, 12 and 24-hour stay slots — short slots are timed from your chosen start, so you pay only for the time you need. A flat 5% GST applies to every booking.

The hall is comfortable for 125–150 guests and accommodates up to 175 at maximum. It suits weddings, Satsang, Haldi, Sangeet, corporate meets, kitty and birthday parties.

Yes — outside catering is allowed. You can also choose our in-house brand, Chandni Chowk Chaat & Catering, with live counters and pure-veg heritage flavours from ₹650 per person. Kitchen usage is ₹3,000 per event.

Rooms: free cancellation up to 48 hrs before check-in, 50% within 48 hrs, 100% within 24 hrs / no-show. Banquet & catering: free up to 7 days before, 50% within 7 days, 100% within 48 hrs. Refunds process in 7–10 business days.

Yes. Our Honeymoon Suites include a private jacuzzi, and any room can be turned into a romantic couple stay with décor (+₹2,000) and an optional candlelight dinner (+₹1,200 per couple).
